1-Year Learnership for Unemployed Youth with Disability – HR, Logistics, Admin

About the role

This 12‑month learnership, offered by Tronox KZN Sands, provides unemployed South African youth living with a disability the chance to gain practical experience and a recognised qualification in Human Resource Management, Logistics & Transportation, Administration, or Community & Corporate Affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in daily HR, logistics, administrative or community affairs tasks.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions and formal learning modules.
• Support project documentation, data entry and reporting activities.
• Engage with internal teams to develop teamwork and organisational skills.
• Comply with health, safety and company policies throughout the programme.

Required profile

• South African citizen aged 18‑35.
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proof of disability issued by a registered medical doctor.
• Proof of unemployment (affidavit) and residence verification.
• Strong communication, planning, teamwork and self‑confidence.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
