HR Services Specialist

About the role

The HR Services Specialist provides advanced support for complex HR inquiries that exceed the scope of Tier 1 helpdesk. Working across country, regional and global policies, the role ensures timely resolution of escalated employee issues while maintaining compliance with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex HR cases throughout the employee lifecycle, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and keep employee data accurate and compliant.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting, system updates, integrations and user support for HRIS platforms.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and Tier 1 teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors, benefits providers, payroll partners and regulatory bodies to address specialized matters.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies while driving continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support, employee relations or HR operations.
• Experience in a tiered shared‑service environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; additional local language may be required.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders such as HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.
