YOUI Sales Advisor

About the role

YOUI is a company within the OUTsurance Holdings Group and is looking for a Sales Advisor in Centurion. The role sells YOUI insurance products to customers who enquire online or are transferred via digital channels, completing quotes over the phone and closing policies while delivering an excellent customer experience and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound internet leads and warm digital enquiries
• Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored insurance quotes
• Explain policy benefits, exclusions and premiums clearly
• Close sales while meeting compliance and quality standards
• Meet or exceed sales, quality and conversion targets
• Build rapport and deliver a customer-centric experience

Required profile

• Matric or National Senior Certificate (minimum requirement)
• 2 years of corporate sales experience is advantageous
• 2 years of insurance sales experience is advantageous
• Ability to align with the OUTsurance values of Awesome Service, Dynamic, Honest, Human, Passionate and Recognition
