About the role
This Work Integrated Learnership provides practical, on‑the‑job experience in environmental management for students who have already completed the theoretical component of their diploma. It is designed to give participants a solid understanding of departmental functions while developing the hands‑on skills needed for a smooth transition into the workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Assist various departments to understand their functions and processes.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training related to environmental management activities.
- Support the implementation of practical environmental projects and initiatives.
- Develop and apply practical skills required for easy integration into the workplace.
Required profile
- No prior work experience required.
- Valid South African identity document (citizen).
- Completed theoretical training for a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Environmental Management.
