Website & Digital Experience Manager

About the role

Dotdigital is seeking a Website & Digital Experience Manager to lead the performance, optimisation and day‑to‑day management of its global web presence. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will own the website roadmap and work closely with content, design, development and marketing teams to create digital experiences that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the website roadmap, prioritising enhancements that support business and marketing objectives.
• Manage daily website operations, ensuring content accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
• Partner with the in‑house development team to deliver CMS and user‑experience improvements.
• Lead website projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders across marketing, content, design and development.
• Optimise user journeys, landing pages and conversion paths to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the SEO Marketing Manager and content team to improve organic search performance through technical and on‑page SEO best practices.
• Monitor website performance, analytics and site health, using data and insights to guide enhancements.
