Waiter – Guest Service Role

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our vibrant team at the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore. In this guest‑focused position you will help create memorable dining experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guests’ needs with a “Yes I Can!” attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality food and beverage service in line with brand standards.
• Support smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, responding promptly to guest enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental targets and control costs and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with strong personal integrity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of duties.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Experience in food & beverage service (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with IT systems on various platforms.
