About the role
A Vehicle Invoicing Stock Controller is needed at Halfway Mahindra Umhlanga to provide quality service for the New/Used Vehicles Department, handling internal and external invoicing and stock administration in a diplomatic and friendly manner.
Key responsibilities
- Issuing order numbers and liaising with suppliers to obtain invoices for sold vehicles.
- Invoicing sold vehicles and maintaining accurate stock ledgers on the Dealer Management System.
- Printing vehicle reports, handling petty cash, reconciling cash floats and processing reimbursements.
- General vehicle administration, filing and archiving of documents, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent) with a valid Code 8 or C1 driver’s licence; a financial management diploma is an advantage.
- At least 2 years experience in a dealership environment, including 1 year of administrative duties and preferably stock‑control experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Competent use of internet browsers and email communication.
