About the role
CubeZoo is hiring a full-time UX/UI Digital Designer. The position is open to candidates with a proven track record and a strong portfolio, and is listed as both office-based and contract.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Design
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design projects
- Portfolio covering a range of digital design projects (web, mobile, etc.) showing the process from concept to implementation
- Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to mentor junior designers
Required skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or similar
- Wireframes, user flows and mockups; user-centred design principles
- User research, user testing and feedback gathering
- Web design principles, responsive design and accessibility standards
- Design systems and consistent design across platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript helps communicate with developers (not a priority)
- Agile work, managing several projects at once and collaborating with product managers, developers and other designers
