About the role
Lazarus Motor Company is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Afrikaans, able to thrive under pressure, and driven to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell used vehicles to achieve maximum gross profit.
- Follow up on leads generated by the dealership.
- Ensure reconditioning of vehicles is completed efficiently.
- Maintain customer value proposition and drive retention.
Required profile
- Bilingual – English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be target‑driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Willingness to assist in vehicle reconditioning.
- Team player attitude.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in vehicle sales.
- Proven record of selling an average of 7 units per month.
