Travel & Reservations Consultant

About the role

Hotspots2c is seeking a high‑energy Travel & Reservations Consultant to join its central reservations team. You will act as the bridge between international clients, travel agents and South African tour experiences, turning enquiries into confirmed departures.

Key responsibilities

• Advise direct clients and agents on tour products, converting enquiries into bookings.
• Manage the central reservations system, verify booking details, confirm availability with operations and ensure flawless documentation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to identify trends and keep the brand competitive.
• Become the go‑to expert on South African geography and global travel trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or related sales roles.
• Strong initiative, positive attitude and excellent people skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to spot and correct errors quickly.
• High energy, able to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations.
• Resides in or near Somerset West / Strand, Western Cape and holds a valid driver’s licence.
