About the role
As a Trainee Store Planner you will be at the centre of ensuring more than 1,000 Ackermans stores receive the right products for the right customers. The 12‑month development programme combines on‑the‑job learning with classroom training and mentorship, starting 1 February 2027.
Required profile
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Natural flair for business systems and technology
- Business acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong work ethic, resilience and a hunger to learn
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and thrive under pressure
- Open to continuous learning
