Compliance Clerk – Distribution Centre

About the role

Join the Distribution Centre team to own end‑to‑end compliance processes and keep operations running at peak performance. You will maintain compliance systems, create dashboards, monitor contractor activity and deliver reports that support data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the effective management and upkeep of all compliance systems and processes.
• Prepare and update compliance dashboards frequently and accurately.
• Monitor contractor operations on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance.
• Compile accurate dashboards, reports and audit schedules as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) with a SAMTRAC safety management qualification and at least three years of Health & Safety or Facilities experience.
• Understanding of health & safety systems, preventative maintenance and risk mitigation processes.
• Experience working in a distribution environment and knowledge of supply‑chain operations is preferred.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel and strong general computer literacy.
• Implementation and maintenance of electronic compliance systems.
• Knowledge of 5S, Contractor Management Systems and Asset Management systems.
