About the role
If you thrive in the fast‑paced world of fashion, this role is for you. We are looking for an admin‑focused professional with experience supporting a buyer in a retail head‑office environment. A genuine interest in fashion and at least two years of relevant experience are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full admin and buyer support to a Senior Buyer.
- Ensure stock orders are placed and arrive on schedule.
- Load items and orders, updating the internal system accordingly.
- Manage samples and list new SKUs.
- Request pro‑forma invoices from suppliers and maintain continuous PO management.
- Sign off costing sheets and handle stock documentation.
- Order price tickets and manage timelines.
- Coordinate shipping and maintain the shipping schedule.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of admin experience supporting a buyer.
- Advanced or intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Strong personality able to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for fashion.
