About the role
The FP du Toit Transport Group is seeking an Inhouse Supervisor for its Johannesburg operations. The role reports to the RSA Manager and supports the company’s diversified logistics services.
Key responsibilities
- Invoice parts and attend to related queries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets.
- Assist, support, and delegate responsibilities to staff.
- Manage compliance with safety and housekeeping standards for all personnel.
- Perform any other duties consistent with an Inhouse Supervisor role.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification with a diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or courier operations with a logistics and administration background.
- Strong leadership, people‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and demonstrate high integrity.
- No criminal record and South African citizenship.
