Trainee Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Manager to join our branch team. This entry‑level management position offers a comprehensive in‑house training programme and the chance to develop the full range of skills required to run a successful branch.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise medium‑ and long‑term activities for the branch.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Drive the branch to meet and exceed set performance targets.
• Supervise and support staff in daily operations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to customers, staff and equipment.
• Take responsibility for the branch’s profit‑and‑loss performance.
• Complete the company’s structured training programme.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Good analytical mindset with problem‑solving orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn and develop in a managerial role.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of stock management.
• Ability to work with performance data.
