About the role

Purpose: To manage his/her departments and non‑foods so that it functions effectively and customers are satisfied. You will be responsible for ensuring effective merchandising, production, stock levels, waste control, housekeeping, health and safety, and staff supervision.

Key responsibilities

Ensure effective merchandising in the store
Ensure production according to system
Ensure stock availability
Manage wastage in all departments
Ensure effective housekeeping, health and safety
Manage staff

Required profile

Matric or equivalent
Deciding and initiating action
Leading and supervising
Planning and organising
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Following instructions and procedures
Cop ing with pressures and setbacks
Analysing
