Tele‑Canvasser & Office Assistant

About the role

TTK Surveillance is seeking a confident and well‑organised Tele‑Canvasser & Office Assistant to support its sales, marketing and administrative functions. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing the company’s security solutions and helping keep the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients and introduce TTK Surveillance’s CCTV, alarm, access‑control and biometric services.
• Identify prospects’ security needs, capture decision‑maker details and generate qualified leads.
• Arrange appointments or site assessments for the sales team and follow up on previous enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes and follow‑ups in the company’s lead‑tracker or CRM system.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Welcome visitors, assist clients professionally and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Ability to work towards daily/weekly activity targets and keep detailed records.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or lead‑tracking system.
