Telesales & Canvassing Consultant – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telesales and Canvassing Consultant to drive property sales and business‑development activities for WH Auctioneers Properties. The role focuses on generating qualified seller leads in the Cape Town market through outbound calling and canvassing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential property sellers and investors through research and cold‑calling.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls, qualify prospects and secure appointments for the property sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound sales, canvassing, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Proven track record of meeting call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong administrative, follow‑up and record‑keeping abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
