Client Care Agent – Johannesburg (Market Related)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Care Agent to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information and assist with client queries about Capital Legacy’s offerings.
• Support the sales team by coordinating correspondence and handling administrative tasks.
• Record and manage client interactions, account details, and policy schedules.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, offering suitable solutions within defined timeframes.
• Report any suspected cases in line with client policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and maintain client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• Experience in administration, sales support, or customer service environments.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• Multilingual ability, including proficiency in Afrikaans, is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
