About the role
Contract opportunity on‑site in Cape Town. The Global Company is looking for a Technical Analyst to assist the business with specific applications and interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Perform business requirement analysis and solution design.
- Gather, analyse and document technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into process flows and technical specifications.
- Document system architecture decisions using Azure DevOps.
- Conduct system integration testing and quality assurance.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and backlog grooming.
Required profile
- Degree qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in application support or technical analysis.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, data modelling and process mapping.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
- Data modelling.
