Digital Transformation & Data Manager

About the role

The Digital Transformation & Data Manager will provide strategic leadership for GIBB’s enterprise applications and digital information platforms. The role oversees the full lifecycle of ERP, HCM, SharePoint and other critical systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP strategy, administration and customisation.
• Manage HCM systems and SharePoint/Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Lead application development, systems integration and business process automation.
• Establish data governance, master data management and data quality processes.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring compliance and security.
• Provide reporting, analytics and business intelligence to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience managing enterprise applications, preferably with ERP (IFS) and HCM (Sage People) platforms.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.

• ERP platforms (experience with IFS advantageous).
