About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader Production to manage manufacturing operations, ensure high efficiency, and guide a cross‑functional team toward continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet demand.
- Resolve operational problems quickly and effectively.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (SHEQ) standards.
- Optimize line efficiency and manage waste reduction.
- Prepare production reports and perform data analysis.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics functions.
- Facilitate coaching, skills development, and change management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in production leadership and people management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
- Commitment to SHEQ compliance and continuous improvement.
