About the role
We are looking for a Talent Recruitment & People Administrator to own our end‑to‑end hiring process and support onboarding and people operations as we grow.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective candidate pipelines.
- Source and screen candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage the full candidate experience from first contact through offer.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and keep hiring processes moving.
- Maintain our ATS and keep candidate records accurate and current.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Handle people operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong communicator, clear in writing, responsive, and organized.
- Comfortable owning a process independently without close supervision.
- Reliable availability during US business hours.
- Experience with managed services, digital agencies, or tech‑adjacent companies is a plus.
