Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of positions. The successful candidate will take ownership of vacancies from initial briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Conduct screening calls, competency‑based interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate communication, conduct reference checks and assist with offer management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting, and build talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3‑5+ years of recruitment experience managing vacancies end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
