About the role

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a creative, people‑focused Talent & Brand Coordinator to join its Internal Recruitment team in Umhlanga. You will help shape the company’s employer brand, showcase its culture, and attract top talent across technology, renewable energy, life sciences, and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Darwin Recruitment brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content that highlights career opportunities, company culture and day‑to‑day life at Darwin.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective candidates and qualify their interest.
• Support internal recruiters with ongoing hiring campaigns and employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding or related people‑focused roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence using social media in a professional context.
• Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
