Systems Training Manager – KYC Operations

About the role

The Systems Training Manager – KYC Operations will act as the primary subject‑matter expert for the Digital Management System (DMS) within PwC SATIC’s KYC Operations Centre. You will ensure the system is used efficiently and that operational teams receive high‑quality, compliant training.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the DMS Super User, providing day‑to‑day guidance and troubleshooting for users.
• Identify, document and resolve recurring system issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Design, develop and deliver structured training programmes, user guides and onboarding materials aligned with network standards.
• Collaborate with territory teams and stakeholders to tailor training to local requirements.
• Monitor system utilisation and recommend optimisation measures to support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system support, system administration, training design or compliance‑focused environments.
• Experience in AML/KYC, shared services or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
