About the role
We’re hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team in Rosebank, Johannesburg as Sushi Chefs. No prior experience is required – we provide full training for the right attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our standards.
- Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Young, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑focused personality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Legally eligible to work in South Africa.
