StudentCare Team Lead

About the role

The StudentCare Team Lead will oversee the daily operations and development of the StudentCare team in our South African office. You will ensure high‑quality support for students throughout their learning journey, while coaching colleagues and driving performance against key metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day running and development of the StudentCare team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for student queries via email and phone.
• Facilitate enrolment processes, including hosting online orientations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform‑related issues.
• Conduct regular 1:1 calls with students for study planning, revision advice and encouragement.
• Handle student complaints and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Support exam preparation and maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Manage team and webinar scheduling, KPI reporting and continuous process improvement.
• Onboard and train new team members, ensuring consistent delivery standards.
