Strategic Growth Partner

About the role

The Strategic Growth Partner will drive new business opportunities in fraud prevention, risk management, governance and compliance markets. You will work closely with senior executives to identify and solve integrity challenges using XTND's technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities with CEOs, CFOs, CROs, Compliance Officers and other senior stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate XTND’s risk and fraud solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, commercial models, tenders and business cases.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to design client‑specific solutions.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Drive partner, reseller and alliance initiatives.
• Represent XTND at industry forums, conferences and networking events.
• Monitor market developments in fraud, cybercrime, governance and compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, solution sales or strategic account management.
• Proven record of achieving revenue and profit targets in enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience selling technology solutions or professional services in fraud prevention, risk intelligence, GRC, cybersecurity or background screening.
• Ability to build commercial business cases, ROI models and value propositions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of client financial objectives.
