Store Manager – Key West Mall

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Key West Mall outlet in Krugersdorp. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales while upholding our mission of providing Christian literature across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise all store operations and staff.
• Train, coach and motivate the retail team to achieve performance targets.
• Manage the store budget, focusing on cost‑efficiency.
• Control stock levels, conduct inventory checks and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions and merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for store improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management.
