Software Developer

About the role

As a Software Engineer you will work both independently and collaboratively to design, develop and maintain software solutions for our delivery platform. You will translate user requirements into technical specifications, create reusable code generators and ensure high‑quality, secure products for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and maintain high‑quality software, including design, coding, documentation and regular updates.
• Maintain and improve existing products, systems and services, ensuring performance, security and reliability.
• Participate in quality activities such as peer reviews, defect resolution and testing across all stages.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and managers to define best practices and meet client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and support to offshore and junior team members.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, numerical reasoning and customer‑focus mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within Agile Scrum teams.
• Experience delivering complex systems using modern architectural patterns (Microservices, DDD, CQRS).
