Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage &Beyond’s social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring content aligns with our brand strategy and engages our community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all &Beyond social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Schedule and publish content, maintaining best practices for tagging, hashtags, links and tracking.
• Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering engagement across brand channels.
• Track performance metrics, generate KPI reports using tools such as AgoraPulse, and optimise content based on analytics.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve content performance.
• Support lodge and Touring MD social pages with guidance, training and content assistance.
• Oversee YouTube content in line with the Wildwatch strategy.
• Leverage user‑generated content and coordinate social media champions throughout the business.
• Assist with influencer collaborations and paid media initiatives alongside digital teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media management and reporting tools, preferably AgoraPulse.
• Ability to analyse social media performance and report on KPIs.
• Proven experience in community engagement, content publishing and schedule management.
• Background in travel, hospitality or related &Beyond operations is desirable.
