Social Media Manager – Johannesburg (Edenvale/Modderfontein)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of several subsidiary brands. Based in the Edenvale/Modderfontein area of Johannesburg, you will shape data‑focused strategies that boost organic growth, engagement and revenue across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven social media strategies for a diverse brand portfolio on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate monthly content calendars and run promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal competitions.
• Oversee full community management, ensuring timely, professional responses to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Track, analyse and report monthly performance metrics (reach, clicks, conversions) to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Manage creator and influencer partnerships from outreach through final approvals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing multiple commercial social media accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Canva and evolving platform algorithms/trends.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and analytical, data‑driven thinking.
