Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with at least three years of experience to join our team at Innova. The role involves managing multiple client accounts, creating engaging content, and optimizing social media performance across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Develop a content calendar outlining posts and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
• Write compelling copy for posts and ad campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) backend ads, audience building and performance optimisation.
• Track and analyse performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports for monthly client meetings.
• Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments, messages and reviews, and keep clients updated on strategy and results.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency handling multiple client accounts.
• Strong copy‑writing ability and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail in content creation, scheduling, reporting and client communication.
• Proven ability to track, measure and interpret social media metrics to optimise strategies.
• Excellent multitasking skills, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities across several accounts.
