Social Media & Digital Specialist

About the role

The Social Media & Digital Specialist will design and execute digital marketing and social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage customers, generate leads and support business growth. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, the role oversees the company’s online presence across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage social media accounts by planning, scheduling, publishing and monitoring content.
• Create and maintain digital content calendars; produce posts, videos, graphics, blogs, stories and reels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, reviews and online conversations, escalating issues when needed.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Apply SEO best practices to website content, blogs, landing pages and metadata.
• Manage SEM activities, including keyword bidding, campaign optimisation and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or a related role.
• Strong time‑management, communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
