About the role

We are looking for a remote Social Media & Content Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in building a personal brand across business, lifestyle, and personal moments. The role focuses on creating efficient systems, workflows, and creative processes that keep content production seamless, consistent, and sustainable while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain end‑to‑end workflows for content planning, creation, approvals, and publishing.
• Develop processes to capture real‑time content, reduce bottlenecks, and organize evergreen assets.
• Manage weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram and Substack.
• Prepare mood boards, shot lists, filming schedules, and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors.
• Publish daily Instagram feed and Stories, create graphics in Canva, and edit short‑form videos in CapCut.
• Build and maintain a searchable library of photo and video assets, identifying repurposing opportunities.
• Own the Substack editorial calendar, coordinate bi‑weekly newsletters, and publish short‑form updates.

• Highly organized professional with a proactive, creative mindset.
• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with US time zones.
• Enjoys bringing structure to fast‑moving content environments.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with external creative partners.
