Social Media & Communications Marketing Manager (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for social media, storytelling, and user engagement to lead Xapo Bank’s social media marketing and PR efforts. The role will develop and execute strategies to boost Xapo’s market presence while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Produce engaging content (videos, images, text) for platforms such as X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Design and execute organic social media campaigns to promote events and partnerships.
• Manage social media communities, respond to comments, and foster positive conversations.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing activities, insights, sentiment, and recommendations.
• Manage PR agency relationships, draft press releases, and serve as primary media contact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 5‑7 years experience in social media marketing, content creation, and public relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting and editorial abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Dedicated workspace with reliable high‑speed internet and required equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Experience using social media analytics tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
