Marketing Coordinator

About the role

A wine estate in Cape Town is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to cover its brands across the estate, restaurant and wine business. The role takes ownership of day-to-day marketing, from website and social content to email campaigns and paid Facebook and Instagram advertising, keeping the online presence, restaurant bookings and onsite collateral accurate and current.

Key responsibilities

• Write copy for websites, social media, email and print
• Schedule and post social media content across the brands
• Plan, build and send email campaigns
• Keep Google My Business listings current and accurate
• Update and maintain the websites
• Run paid Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns with a budget and results
• Work with the design and media team to turn briefs into finished content quickly
• Keep Dineplan updated for the restaurant and produce and update onsite collateral
• Use AI tools daily for content, scheduling and reporting

Required profile

• Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for brand and detail
• Hands-on experience running paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, with real examples showing budgets and outcomes
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Comfortable working across many platforms and tools without hand-holding
• Fast, accurate execution of briefs without them needing rewriting

Required skills

• Working knowledge of website content management (Squarespace and/or Shopify)
• Daily use of AI tools
