About the role

Amidel is an Information Technology and Business Consulting Company seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to support clients with data warehousing and analytics solutions in dynamic, enterprise‑grade environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise‑level data teams, designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines and reporting layers on the Snowflake cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ELT processes in Snowflake.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and third‑party tools.
• Support data modelling for enterprise data warehouses and analytics.
• Collaborate with business analysts and BI developers to ensure efficient data delivery.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning, cost optimisation, and security.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud‑based data warehousing.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required skills

• Snowflake (schema design, SnowSQL, performance tuning).
• SQL and relational database concepts.
• ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Matillion, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory.
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for data environments.
• Data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
