Skin Therapist – Durban Area (Roamer)

About the role

We have great opportunities for qualified skin therapists to work with the world’s No.1 skincare brand, Dermalogica. The role involves delivering treatments, driving sales, and acting as a brand ambassador for customers in the Durban area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures according to Dermalogica standards.
• Take ownership of monthly sales targets and monitor daily goals.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client and update records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with retail purchases and follow up via phone or email regarding treatment results.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory, and sales promotions.
• Maintain a clean and professional treatment area, including stocking shelves and replenishing product.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 (minimum 2 years full‑time experience).
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail and a proven sales track record.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and self‑motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
