About the role
We are seeking a reliable Site Supervisor with extensive experience in tire, automobile, and fleet operations to join our team in Roodepoort. The role involves overseeing daily on‑site activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining strong customer relations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data entry and wage submissions.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Conduct daily stock takes and vehicle checks.
- Manage on‑site staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Handle customer relations and ensure clear communication.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum five years of on‑site tire management experience.
- Strong technical tire knowledge and ability to perform fitting, stripping, and surveying tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Physically capable of handling on‑site operational duties.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with the Budini system (beneficial).
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from R15 000 to R18 000, dependent on experience and expertise.
