About the role
We are seeking a vibrant, well‑spoken and target‑driven individual to sell short‑term insurance products to existing and potential members. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service while meeting sales targets, with a fixed cost to company and a lucrative monthly commission structure.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell short‑term insurance products to both existing and prospective members.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, addressing enquiries and guiding clients through product options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification; RE 5 certificate and FAIS credits (NQF level 4) are advantageous.
- Minimum six months of outbound telesales experience.
- Minimum six months of short‑term insurance experience.
- Preference will be given to African male candidates and candidates with disabilities as part of the transformation strategy.
