SHEQ Administrator

About the role

Greenro Solutions is looking for a SHEQ Administrator in Midrand to provide administrative and coordination support to the SHEQ function. The role ensures that SHEQ documentation, records, reports and compliance activities are kept accurate and readily available, supporting the SHEQ team in meeting company policies, procedures, ISO requirements, health and safety legislation and other applicable standards.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with a certificate in SHEQ, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management or a related field; National Diploma (Advantage)
• Certificate in First Aid and SHE Representative (Advantage)
• 1-2 years of experience in SHEQ administration
• 1-2 years of experience with ISO 9001:2015 and its quality management system
• 1 year of understanding of health and safety requirements
• Experience in construction or engineering is an advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical hazards and Level 1 First Aid (or willingness to join a first aid course)
• Understanding of hazard handling, reporting and accident investigation processes
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (OHSA, BCEA, COIDA, ISO 9001)
• Knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, spreadsheets, Excel, Visio)
