About the role

Our client, a leading US‑based tax and advisory practice, is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their remote team. The role is client‑facing and focuses on delivering strategic tax guidance and managing complex US tax matters for a portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

Lead the preparation and review of US tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and 1120S.
Provide strategic tax advice and solutions to senior client stakeholders.
Manage and mentor junior tax staff, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax inquiries.
Stay current with US tax legislation and regulatory changes.

Required profile

8–12+ years of US tax experience, including complex advisory work.
Demonstrated management or leadership experience.
Professional certifications such as CPA and/or EA.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

Hands‑on experience with UltraTax software.
In‑depth knowledge of US tax forms (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
