Finance Operator – Cash Flow & Treasury Lead

About the role

AI Acquisition is looking for a Finance Operator who can step into a fast‑moving, multi‑entity environment and turn chaotic processes into reliable, automated systems. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will free them from day‑to‑day operational work so they can focus on strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily cash cycle across all entities (DMCC, Acquisity, AI Broker, etc.) and ensure seamless funding of corporate cards for Meta ad spend.
• Oversee high‑volume USD revenue flows from Whop into UAE bank accounts and build a live cash‑visibility dashboard for senior leadership.
• Lead the migration from legacy Pleo/UK‑entity setup to Qashio (UAE‑native) and evaluate the implementation of Whop’s virtual card platform.
• Eliminate manual card‑topping and payment bottlenecks by tracking, reconciling, and automating every payment flow.
• Stabilize, systematize, and automate finance processes while supervising the team that executes them.
• Develop repeatable systems for cash flow, treasury, and payment infrastructure rather than one‑off fixes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader comfortable working in high‑transaction‑volume, multi‑entity environments.
• Proven experience building repeatable finance systems at scale.
• Ability to roll up sleeves, dive into details, and guide teams to operational excellence.
• Strong operational grip; not just a model‑builder.
