Key responsibilities

• Manage guest enquiries and reservations efficiently, handling the entire booking lifecycle.
• Perform reservation administration, including data entry and record keeping.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest journey, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Support receptionist duties and maintain clear communication with guests.
• Assist operational teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism reservations or a comparable hospitality role.
• Strong background in customer service and communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Passion for luxury safari experiences and hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems and OTA platforms.
• Advanced computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel.
