Senior Project Manager – Residential Development

About the role

Our client, an established residential property developer, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale affordable housing, micro‑city and lifestyle estate projects. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from town planning through to handover, ensuring quality, value and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
• Oversee project planning, coordination and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and produce detailed reports and documentation.
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence to guide, support and supervise project delivery on the ground.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Development Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager or Principal Agent/Consultant with a proven delivery record.
• Essential site‑management background.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial development is required.
