Senior Integrated Producer (Johannesburg)

About the role

The Senior Integrated Producer leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑channel campaigns for a leading creative agency. Reporting to the Head of Production, the role blends hands‑on production expertise with commercial rigor and a tech‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production of film, video, digital, social and experiential campaigns, covering scoping, pre‑production, production, post‑production, quality control and final delivery.
• Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client Leadership to translate creative concepts into practical, commercially sound production solutions and contribute to pitch development.
• Develop accurate scopes, budgets and schedules, monitor project finances, forecasts and cost reporting, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure value and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, junior producers and freelancers, providing guidance, coaching and quality oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and agency stakeholders, acting as the primary production contact and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Source and manage directors, production companies, post‑production partners and specialist suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and brand safety.

Required profile

• 8+ years of production experience across film, content and integrated campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record as a senior producer on complex, multi‑channel projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen managing substantial production budgets, estimates, reconciliations and project margins.
• Deep understanding of content production, post‑production, rights management and emerging technologies.
• Excellent client service, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
