Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Abantu Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Senior Graphic Designer based in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. The designer creates visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, social media and print materials, working closely with marketing, product and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-impact visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, social media and print materials.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency and strengthen brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and content teams to turn project requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects from conception to final delivery on time.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and best practices in visual communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing for both digital and print.
• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Expert Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
