Senior Foreman – Gauteng

About the role

The Senior Foreman will lead daily on‑site operations for residential and commercial construction projects in Gauteng. This senior position requires strong leadership, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site activities and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct site safety checks.
• Report progress, issues, and milestones to project management.
• Manage timelines, quality standards, and site documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
• Matric (NQF 4/5/6) qualification; TJEKA certification is advantageous.
• Solid experience in residential construction; commercial experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and site supervision capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
